Zen Cart v1.5.7c
Hi everyone, I just add the sidebox/product_notifications to my website.
I have read and follow the instruction to send the notification to customers.

Everything looks ok and Zen Cart show that the email has been sent.
But actually there is nothing in the email box, I checked also the spam, I tried several times but the mail never arrive.
I want to clarify that the email from zen cart works perfectly on my website, I can send email from tools section and also when I update the order status the mail always arrives, just if I send a newsletter or a notification the mail doesn't arrive.
Any possible solution?
