Add new field to the product list

Hello everyone, I would like to add a note to some of my products on the main product list. Unfortunately I couldn't find a good looking way. This was my only idea but as you can see it comes pretty ugly.



Is it possible add a new field on the product list to add some note? would be perfect if it comes as the picture below

Someone knows any good plug in to add a new field or any other way to make it looks nice?

Thank you Dbltoe, looks perfect for what I need, I download the file, is just a txt but I couldn't find the instruction for paste the text inside in the right location. Any advise?

Do a forum search for "Numinix product fields" - if you use advanced search for title only, you get a bunch of hits; one of them will give you the information you need.
