I am using the zencart version 1.51, and there will be an error when installing the Google verification code.
Are there other ways to prevent spam on the Contact Us page?

Zen Cart 1.5.1 is coming up on its 10th birthday, released 2012-09-18. The now-current version of Zen Cart (1.5.7d) has some built-in SPAM protections and there are additional plugins that can also help for that version.
Other than the traditional suggestion to upgrade your installation to the current version, I have no suggestions or means to test anything on zc151.
