can I have a photo gallery ?

Hello, Using v 1.5.5 with responsive template.

www.yarnpig.au is close to being ready for launch, I am happy with the products etc.
But I would really like a photo gallery on page 2, where I can show photos if items that I have made on my crochet journey and provide some blurb about the items. Hopefully inspiring others to give stuff a go.

search is leading me to 2010 posts about light box. What is todays equivalent, or perhaps firstly - can I do this?

I have read the info on multiple pics per item for sale and this is not what I want (but cannot get it to work anyway) Not too bothered about that.

I really hope this is a typo. The current version of Zen Cart is 1.5.7d with 1.5.8 in beta.

The latest release of 1.5.5 (f) will soon be five years old and not work with current PHP or MySQL settings.

As to the gallery, https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread....-Image-Gallery shows a simple way to make it happen with EZPages.

Somehow you were misinformed as to the current version. Prior to going live, you really should update what you have so that you're using the latest version of Zen Cart which is 1.5.7d.

I am quite mad about the version. I downloaded from the zen cart website 2 months ago, therefore assumed it was the current version.

I have read up on how to update to current version and it is quite a scarey prospect.

Can you walk me through the steps that you used to download? All the official places I am aware of are up to date and have been for a long time, but perhaps there's a place that was missed- show me what you did.

Also, before you start doing anything major, be sure to click on Version in your admin and verify the Zen Cart version you are running. You may have just made a typo or misread the version.

It is most likely 1.5.5f as it is loading jquery-1.12.4.min.js in the head rather than jquery-3.5.1.min.js like 1.5.7d

Hi,

It was a couple of months ago, and I have had covid, then bronchitis since so a bad month. I am fairly sure I was on the zen cart page and I clicked the download button. But as that says 1.5.7, I am presumably wrong.

Definately 1.5.5f I have.

I guess I have to bite the bullet and fix before launching and having problems. Ugh.
