Friendly neighborhood forum member here. Could you post provide more information about your issue? If it's been resolved, great, could even s say that. If not, the posting tips are provided to help you get help. Perhaps also you could look at the posts previously made to see how the issue was previously corrected. This appears to be a repeat issue that you've had.

Those posting tips are there for a reason. You'll notice they don't ask for the color of your mouse. Everything else they mention IS relevant and can help us to help you.

Luckily there are only two areas to log into on Zen Cart so we can say most people get locked out of the admin and GUESS at the solution above.
