404 Error with new SSL purchase

My site has been working perfectly until the new SSL cert. At that point the catologue would not load into the cart. I have been trying to read up on a way to fix this.

I have been reading and tried some adjustments to the configure file in both admin and includes. To no avail

Then my payments came due for the server on my 3year package and without notice they took my site down. Fixed that (got a new package installed) and the site came up for a day only and now it shows and error--
"Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

This is very perplexing - any help or suggesting will be muchly appreciated.

It looks like this certificate is for bluehost.com and not stitchnframeonline.com.

my server is bluehost and I purchase the certificate from bluehost. But is supposed to be covering my site. is this part of the problem with the 404 error?

It has not been installed or at least not installed correctly

Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for www.stitchnframeonline.com. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.bluehost.com, bluehost.com

The other thing I noticed is that is:
in inspect accessibility properties under Storage it lists the path name for my admin file.

why doe this not surprise me - bluehosts customer service has really tanked. It will be a long wait on hold to talk to someone. they screwed it up on the renewal of the site space.

BTW, you can get SSL for free by simply setting up a free Cloudflare account. Then install their origin certificate and CA bundle on your server with a 15 year expiration. This will allow you to use the Full protection (but not Full Strict).

For over two years now, ANY SSL lasting over 13 months (397 days) is a definite no-no in e-commerce.
