If you get a message from PayPal saying "Your PayPal integration is due for an update" you can ignore it.
It's true that PayPal has added features, but they have not been added to Zen Cart. They may or may not be in the future.
No action is required by you at this time.

I figured as much. Thanks for being on top of this. I think I've heard of some of my customers being offered Pay in Four anyway during the checkout flow.
