    Default Blocking probing activities

    zc158, Windows 10 test pc

    I have a lot of bots /zombies etc using invalid URLs eg
    Code:
    main_page=%27nvOpzp;%20AND%201=1%20OR%20(%3C%27%22%3EiKO)),&products_id=%27nvOpzp;%20AND%201=1%20OR%20(%3C%27%22%3EiKO))
    to break the system. This creates multiple log files eg
    Code:
    PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_USER_AGENT in /includes/init_includes/init_sessions.php on line 138
    In the Zen Cart documents at https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/security/block_probes/ is some code for "Blocking probing activity".
    Is this still valid for zc158. When I included it in my test site, the site gave white screens in both admin and catalog

    Please ignore previous post. Getting senile.
    It helps to make it a PHP file with <?php on the first line.

    Hi OldNGrey,

    Thanks for your valuable tip. I put "<?php " on the first line of this code and it worked without issues.
