Regarding the PDF Implementation Guide in the Docs folder of v1.5.8 - Are there any changes that need to be noted for v1.5.8 as it appears it has not been update since v1.5.7?

Looks as though the updated version didn't quite make it for the v1.5.8 release. A newer version is on Github:

There's generally not a lot which is version specific in this guide, just general stuff.
