Error GENERATING ORDERS CHECKOUT

Dear,

I have installed 1.5.3 version of zencart, It works all correctly, but now I have this problem,

Plugin installed one page checkout numinix

When the client buy any product by COD or Transfer method payment, it generate the order perfectly

BUT when client pay by redsys plugin (by card) the checkout page its correct BUT NOT REGISTER ANY ORDER NUMBER, AND THERE IS NOT SHOW THE ORDER IN THE PANEL, not sending email confirmation...and client still have the product in the shopping bag....

I dont have error in Log file,

Could any help me??

You'll need to contact Numinix directly for support of their commercial plugin.

Note, too, that it's possible that your webhost has silently updated the PHP version upon which your very-old Zen Cart base runs. Most webhosts (on shared servers) have dropped support for PHP 5.6, which is the highest version of PHP supported by Zen Cart 1.5.3.

Why? That is completely obsolete.

For the benefit of the rest of the world reading this, Redsys in Spain is the gateway all the banks and ATMs use.
They offer a payment module for Zen Cart which has inherent bugs and has not been touched for years. Trying to deal with Redsys is an exercise in self-flagellation.

Probably that payment module is your problem.

I think that its any thing of the webhost....


But I have selected 5.6, then, if you told this, its posible that its running to any other php?

I dont change anything, and plugins since now it working correctly....
Any other options?

Puede descargar los archivos en https://github.com/zencart/zencart/releases y seguir las instrucciones de instalación en https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/first..._do_i_install/.

Puede ver las instrucciones en cualquier idioma que elija haciendo clic en el chico en el círculo azul en la parte inferior derecha de la pantalla.
