    Won't work well without that setting.
    Interesting that it worked fine until this week without any change there. Changed now, so looking forward to the next sale to see if everything works.

    Thanks to the work of @dbltoe and others, we have some good documentation on this topic:

    Thanks. Will look at it.

    It LOOKS like that last detail (email transport) was the issue. One transaction came through, and the invoice was sent to me.

    Thank you.

    Yep!

    The wrong transport method is like not having the computer plugged in.

    I apologize for not mentioning it from the beginning. I sometimes forget my own mantra. You can have a PhD in keyboard and not know a thing about mouse!

    I sometimes skip the beginning step on the forum but will remember that most are not familiar with the same areas.

    Alolng with swguy, I learned today how to bring up a category in a new window while in the admin. Just over 18 years and learned it only today thanks to torvista.

    I'm forced to be on a lot of forums. This forum is second to none!

    My challenge is that the PHP setting for the transport method has probably been there for 10 years because I never knew it even existed, so I couldn't know that it needed to be changed.

    In any case, I knew I would get an answer in this forum!

    Unsure if I messed up something but had other issues to address on the Cloudflare front, so with their help and my host help, the spf has been changed to this:

    Code:
    v=spf1 ip4:23.235.194.63 include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all
    Initially, we went down to

    Code:
    v=spf1 ip4:23.235.194.63 -all
    but was told that since I am using MailChimp, I had to add the

    Code:
    include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all
    I NEVER had that before, and it worked fine (but I had PHP for transport method and it worked fine until recently so I can't rely on that).
    Now, I got another transaction without the invoice, so I am unsure if it is a fluke, a delayed email or if I am back to the same issue.

    What do you know about that ?
    Code:
    include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all
    Is it necessary? Is it blocking something else?

    OK, I THINK I might have found the issue. Yesterday, I had the hostname changed from a "generic" vps66728.inmotionhosting.com to a "brand" name vps.scrapbookcampus.com but had not changed it inside the Zencart settings.

    Could this have been the issue?

    I am now waiting for another transaction to see if it will now go through.

    SUCCESS!
    One transaction came through with the invoice too.

    So I guess it is important to have the correct hostname!
