158a ERROR: unable to locate your admin directory

I have downloaded 158a and tried to install. But getting the following error messages.

ERROR: unable to locate your admin directory. For simplicity, please be sure it exists and rename it to "admin" before proceeding.

I tried two different server with php 8.1 as the version for the hosting account. Still getting the same issue.

Is this a known issue. If so pls share me the forum link. Or give an update on this.

Is this a new install or an upgrade? If an upgrade, from what version? What are the known server specifications?
