When you are in checkout and click "continue" (after entering the numbers of credit card), it doesn't do anything. There's no action, no reload, doesn't try anything. It's like the button is locked and non-active.

All the configuration was done the same way.

you are having a javascript problem. something is hijacking the button click and not doing anything.

again, i would look at the console using the developer tools and see if you are getting any errors. i think i may log some information there as well.

nothing to do with a sub-domain. everything to do with javascript.

jQuerey is built into zen-cart, so something is either preventing it from loading, or trashing it. If you post a link to the broken subdomain we could take a look at what javascript is being loaded.

it looks like you do not have jquery loaded in your template.

    in:

    includes/templates/goldonyx/common/html_header.php

add the following somewhere before the </head>:
    Code:
    <script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.6.1.min.js" integrity="sha256-o88AwQnZB+VDvE9tvIXrMQaPlFFSUTR+nldQm1LuPXQ=" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
let us know if that works.

    best.
