E.Z. Page Menu Alignment

Need some help, I have a client who wants to use the Zencart Backend but very little on the Front End.

I have eliminated everything they wanted but not they want the MENU Bar Links at the Top & Bottom to align to the left and get rid of the Contact Us Sidebox.

But she doesn't want it to look cheap......

Mine is not to question why, right?

If you are using responsive_classic, you should probably create something like stylesheet_zcustom.css to hold your changes so they don't get lost in an upgrade.

If using bootstrap, see the dist-site_specific_styles.php to use it.

To move the items to the left in the EZPages bar for responsive_classic, enter

#navEZPagesTop ul {text-align:left;}

It should already be aligned left for bootstrap.

The Contact Us is taken care of in the admin >> Configuration >> Define Page Status

BTW, you might want to add the s in your sig link.

Hi, thanks for getting back. I use an editor that keeps track of changes so when I screw up, I can quickly revert back.

As for the "S" that's what the client sent, I questioned it and they want it that way.

(His wife is a bit of a Karen)

Very old school, still does paper estimates, manual C/C processing and has someone else do the data entry. Only reason for updating to 1.5.8a is his host forced him to.

Big issue was they didn't want a Right Sidebar ant that would toss things out of center.

I got them to agree to a simple Right Sidebar and move some E.Z. Pages around.

Also a few other changes and they "Seem Okay" for now.

One more thing to figure out and it's time for a break. New post to follow if I can't find anything else out.

Remember that the shopping cart sidebox qwill need to be adjusted so it doesn't pop up on the right when something's in it.
