What happened to "New User"?

I recently had to reload my Ver 157c due to hackers. After rebuilding the site I found that a new user/customer has no way of setting up an account ! ! ! Can anyone tell me where and how to get this back. (The only thing that showed up was "Log yourself back in") I have sine removed that.

In include/languages/english/index.php TEXT_GREETING_GUEST is defined on approx line 13.

define('TEXT_GREETING_GUEST', 'Welcome <span class="greetUser">Guest!</span> Would you like to <a href="%s">log yourself in</a>?');

Try restoring the file from the original as it look like the login section is missing from your working file.
