UPS Shipping Undefined array key "methods"

Hello All,
Running a couple of carts ZC 1.5.8 on PHP 8.2.6 and 1.5.5 on 7.3.33 with suddenly the same issue. Only the 1.5.8 is generating a log file for the issue. Both sites are hosted on the same server.

We offer the flat rate / best way option as well as the UPS options next day, two day and 3 day. The flat rate does appear during checkout, but the UPS options are no longer showing up.

PHP Warning: Undefined array key "methods" in /home/user/thedomain.com/includes/modules/pages/checkout_shipping/header_php.php on line 190.

I'm assuming since this is happening on two websites that the issue must be coming from UPS.

As far as I know this just began happening today.
