Final automation

I am done with items and categories creation for the moment,
Now I need to start selling and I want to automate the process.
When I had the wig site, long time ago, I didn't need much automation, we were selling a very light-weight product, so shipping was free, packaging was provided by manufacturer, and I invoiced manually as I received the order, so I focused on presentation of product.
But now it is different, I don't know how much orders will weigh, so I will have to calculate shipping and handling on an individual basis.
I would like to have everything ready by the time the order posts, and I was wondering if the order total module by Numinix could help, for payment I was told that Square payment is the easiest.
Any suggestions?

If the order's actual total, i.e. including shipping, can't be determined automatically, I'd suggest using one of the payment methods that allows you to authorize the funds and then capture then once you know that shipping cost -- like authorizenet_aim.

Sorry for late response, I am entangled in many problems and weathering a crap storm.
I installed authorize.net from the admin but I need to enter some information in order to make it work and their website reports "article not found" from the link in zencart, so SOL.
I am still at a loss on how to complete automation so I can start selling items.

What is the order total module from Numinix to which you refer?

I don't know anything about Numinix, just that they are one of the top contributors of modules for Zen Cart.
I also looked at the order total mod included in Zen Cart but that didn't shed much light either, there are lots of sub-modules installed, and I don't know how to use them.
Please help.
