Adding another page in more information... how do i do this please?

Just a quick question...

On my shop front i have the side box for More information.

There you see page 2, page 3 and page 4.

What do i need to do to add another page, like page 5 etc?


I have managed to go in to /includes/languages/english/meta_tag.php to change the tittles of page 2.... page4 etc.

The pages within the More Information sidebox are Define Pages. There is no way to create additional define pages from within Admin so this has to be done manually, from the Docs:

That link refers to using a plugin as a guide. However there is an old stand-alone (Windows program) plugin that I use, although it seems to have disappeared from the Plugins section (I'll raise a post about that to see if it can be restored)

Once created, a link to the new Define Page can be added to the sidebox by following these Doc instructions:

Just to add clarification: you don't *have* to use a plugin; as noted on that first documentation link, the easiest way to do this is to simply use an EZ Page.

This does have some limitations (e.g. you can't use PHP), but those are acceptable in most situations.

For a website owner/developer working on a local development copy of a site, a big advantage of Define pages over Ezpages is that a define page can be edited in a text editor and uploaded over SFTP, without going into Admin (and then exporting/importing database tables to the live site).

Thank you guys... I forgot all about EZ Pages.... silly me.

One quick question.... I have created a simple test page using EZ pages. I am not trying to get that page showing in my side boxes.... I cannot see it in the boxes... what am i doing wrong or what do i need to do to see that new page in any of my side boxes?
