Working on my upgrade to 1.5.8a

If I go to Change the Shipping Address, and I enter everything except salutation and click continue I get this in the logs.

--> PHP Warning: Undefined array key "gender" in /var/www/html/zencart-1.5.8a/includes/modules/checkout_new_address.php on line 31.

It's minor, and I've now decided to turn off email salutation as an easy fix because it doesn't do much anyway.

But for those wanting clean logs be aware of this.
