Order Data Not Complete

PHP Version 7.0.33
MYSQL 5.5.5-10.1.48 Maria DB

The site is working fine and accepting orders! The problem is all the data required to open the orders normally in Zencart and download into the shipping software is not present and returns an error message. See Shipworks Error.png

The problem occurred between orders #67165 and #67166. According to the time stamp, #67165 occurred at 07:21 and order #67166 at 12:56. The second order was actually placed at 07:56 according to email from authorize.net, the time stamp jumped 5 hours between the two orders. See attached Zencart Orders.png

My shipping software provider checked the logs and the incomplete dataset starts at the order# 67166. My hosting provider is also investigation the issue.

Is there a way for me to "reset" the dataset or am I going about this the wrong way. Please advise
