Support Thread for Accessibility Statement Mod

Submitted three different Accessibility statements for the new Accessibility Define Page.

Works with 1.5.8a and 2.0.0.

Suggestion: Each of these pages makes a statement like:

[We are meeting] Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level as a minimum standard.

You ought to post instructions for verifying this.

Instructions to the storeowner or customer?

The docs are pretty specific for the storeowner.

Do we want to create site checkers out of all the visitors?

Instructions for the storeowner so that they know for sure the site is at AA level.

I would think the best way to keep things current is to point to the tools in the docs.
