Hi, business has been good until today

Had a lot of visitors with things in their carts but not one completed a purchase

I did notice that when they were on the basket page the "who's online" page showed the exact same url which I have not seen before

"/basket?sort=20a"

Any clues as to what the 20a means?

"20a" is a default sort-order on product-listing pages. The as-shipped shopping-cart page (which I'm presuming is your /basket page) doesn't provide a means to sort the cart's contents.
