Payment Logo in footer

Greetings!

I want my payment logo on the footer of my page at www.cedargroveherbs.com to be bigger and also, I would like to have it in the center of the footer instead of in the lower right hand corner.. What code do I add and what page do I add it on?

I also want to add a HUB Certified pic in between the "Got Questions" section and the social media icons on the footer, as I just got certified.
