You'll need to edit the tpl_product_info_diplay.php

this is located in: includes -> templates -> your_custom_template -> templates

You don't need to add anything, you just move what is already there.

In my mind , it can only be achieved by changing the code in the product info file
you mean I can achieve this by admin?May I know how?
