I cant remember if i should just upload or cut and paste it and install it somewhere.
I cant remember how/where to do it in the admin section.

Well, I downloaded the file & put it into --
includes/modules/payment/linkpoint_api/xxxxxxx.pem
-- & it seems to be working for me.
