Do you have a file on your server at:
If so, is /images/large set to 777/images/large/tn_100_0501_LRG.JPG
Does the image have any size to it?
NOTE: It cannot be pulled up in the browser ...

Ok, now we're getting somewhere (at least I think so!! )
I checked and the file didn't have the suffix tn (for thumbnail) and had 577 rather than 777 permissions. I have changed the permissions and added the suffix LRG. Now the picture appears, but it is small when clicked to enlarge.
Baby steps...I'm taking baby steps.
I really appreciate your help.
Oh yes, and the size, under file properties, is 7.36 KB.
I have just set up ZenCart on my site and so far everthing seems to be working OK except for the larger images as well.
Not one of my larger images shows up when I click on the "larger image" link beside my product description and underneath the small image.
When the screen pops up I only get the small image at the top of the box.
For each small image I uploaded an image_LRG to the myshop/images/large folder. I even put an image_MED in the medium folder and still the same small image popping up.
Kim,
At the url above, it looks like the 'larger image' is squished. I suspect you have the admin setting for large image (_lrg) at 100x80 px when it should be something like 266x400 since the other image on the page is 133x200. On any image you can rt click and select properties to get info on the image.
Suggest you first check the actual size of the _lrg image and then set admin accordingly.
Best wishes
Could you post an URL to one of your Products and the path to the images and the image files that you think you are using for it?

WOOHOO!
Bruce, you gave me a good hint.
I essentially solved it. Some of the larger images are a bit skewed from true, but definitely workable.
The problem was 2 things: the size of the image in the admin/config/images and the other was the thumbnail file names.
I had created thumbnails at the forum's suggestion to cut down on bandwith and make things easier to load. This created a file with a prefix "tn_", such as tn_image001.jpg. When I created larger thumnails for the images/large file, the size conversion took place and a suffix of LRG was tagged, but no prefix, such as image001_LRG.jpg. However, when clicking on the image in the store for larger view, zen-cart was looking for tn_image001_LRG.jpg. No such file existed: not with both the suffix and the prefix.
So I simply renamed the LRG files to include the prefix tn and it works.
Check it out and let me know if it works for you, please!

And thanks again for all your help (doing cartwheels and falling on my a$$)
Looks like you are moving in the right direction Kim. The large image looks great. You are right about the image sizes, names and admin settings. They have to be in sync to work properly.
Continue the post if you need more help. Ajeh is watching and she literally wrote the book on managing images. It is very easy to ask questions above my head but I doubt you will encounter a problem she cannot assist with.
Keep up the good work.
OK. I got it. When setting up my products I simply search for and import the LRG image to the "large" folder and the program is resizing now to my small image size of 100x100 pxls.
