Product Weight and Quantity not off

I have set product weight and quantity to turn off in every possible place in the admin for the latest version of Zen Cart -- it continues to show up in the product listing. What to do????

Also I want to get rid of the review button and can not find where to turn that off.

The Listings each have their own settings in:

Product Listing
Featured Listing
New Listing
All Listing

Then each of the Catalog ... Product Types ... Edit Layout ... has its own setting ...

This allows you to customize each aspect of the displays ....

I have been trying to fix this problem. I have turned off the quantity feature in;
Product Listing
Featured Listing
New Listing
All Listing

But where is Product types? and Edit Layout? that you spoke of in the above quoted topic?

Product Types have their own settings for most everything ...

This would be on the Edit Layout ... not the Edit button ...
