How to Move NavHeader

In the old program I knew how to move the navigatin header so it appeared below the top background banner. How do you do that in the new program.

in version 1.3.0.1 check YOUR_TEMPLATE -> Common -> tpl_header.php

Cut everything located between

<!--bof-header logo and navigation display--> around line 37
and
<!--eof-navigation display--> around line 69

Now paste it after
<!--eof-branding display--> This should be around line 92
