Manufactures Box - Scroll bar not appearing...

I am using Safari, FireFox and Opera (for Mac) to view my store.

In the Manufacturers sidebox in Safari and Opera the scroll bar on the right itself appears but there is no button in it to move or drag up or down. I can put my cursor in the box and then use the up/down keys on my keyboard to navigate.

In FireFox the button is visible and but doesn’t work as expected.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Change the setting in the Admin for the size of the Manufacturers' scroll box so that it can ...

Configuration ... Maximum Values ...

Manufacturers List - Scroll Box Size/Style
Number of manufacturers names to be displayed in the scroll box window. Setting this to 1 or 0 will display a dropdown list.

Thank you so much for you wonderful support. You all all amazing. That is an easy fix that I can comfortably live with.

I have discovered that I get the following error message when clicking on SOME of the manufacturers in my list.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/globalpe/public_html/english/store/includes/languages/english/my_template01/index.php:117) in /home/globalpe/public_html/english/store/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 41
