Fatal Error in UK Switch/Maesto cc_uk addon

Hi there,
I have a major problem, I've installed the cc_uk for Zen v1.2 on Zen Cart v1.3 and it simply doesn't work. Once I get to the checkout final page I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: create() in /home/sites/fsf.org.uk/public_html/shop/includes/modules/checkout_process.php on line 62

Does this mean that I have to use an updated version of the cc_uk addon? If so where can I get it from as the one I downloaded from the addon archives was the 1.2 one that I'm using :S

Any help with this would be -greatly- appreciated,

Would you say that the problem stems from having the 1.2 version? I haven't looked at the code at all yet as it seems wasteful to start hacking that apart if it has to be something completely different

Don't actually use that mod myself, so cannot say for sure. Do know before
script kiddies interfered, several mods had to be rewritten to accomodate
ZenCart 1.3*, hence my suggestion to hold fire until admins reinstall downloads
