Invoiced payment module?

Is there an easy way to set up invoiced payment? i.e. we ship the goods and send an invoice (and hope the customer acknowledges the invoice ;) ). This is common practice in B2B...

Is there a de facto standard module that everyone uses? Do I need to write a new one?

I'm very interested in Invoice system also, where the customer uses the checkout procedure and then once I calculate the shipping correctly and a final price I can send them an invoice with payment details.

Use the moneyorder.php module. With a few text changes you will have what you need. Combine that will super orders and your in business.

I tryed maiking a new module, changing database entries as appropriate and adding some text for the new varables in the langusge module. It looks ok this far.

Even though this looks easy I will propose the module here if it works as I intend!

I made a few text changes to the moneyorder.php module to use this as a method to allow customers to select "Bill My Account" as a method of payment. However, for the life of me, I cannot find where I can change the text that appears on step two of the payment process so that the "radio button" text can be changed from "Check/Money Order" to "Bill My Account". Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Great! I would be very interested in a Invoice (Payment) module with an "Invoice Charge" (Order Total) as well.

The bit we may look at for a rewrite of moneyorder would be to add an invoice charge in Order Total.

Unless you want to handle invoicing yourself, Kreditor (Sweden) has a Zen module for invoicing in Sweden (may be worth looking at).

Their solution contains both a payment module and invoice charge (faktureringsavgift) part (in Order Total).
