Failed Opening

The problem I had was that I was missing quite a few files from the following directory:

includes/modules/pages/

once I completely uploaded them, my problem went away :

Technically, shouldn't that be

.;/usr/share/pear

? (ie: semicolon, not colon) ... in your php.ini settings of your server config
