Need Help A.s.a.p Cart Not Going To Step2 But Is Going Back To Step1

Hi

We have just hade a customer call us and report there colud not get to step 2.

Managed to create an account, but when trid to continue to checkout it just kept bringing her page to the same page and refreshed the page

You didn't test your checkout before opening the site?

What shipping modules do you have enabled?

Yes we did check - it was all ok in the previous version, we upgraded on Sunday, and were worried because although people we putting things in the cart, they weren't going anywhere in the end. At first we thought we had a number of abandonded carts, but then we had the call to say that having created an account they could not continue with the process it seemed to be going to another page but then returned them to the page they were on.

We are using a table shipping which prevously worked and paypal.

Uninstall and reinstall your shipping and payment modules.

Thank you very much for your help. Have reinstalled and it seems to work for us. HOPEFULLY IT WILL WORK FOR EVERYBODY ELSE.
