Database, am I doing this wrong?

I am trying to install Zen Cart, and everything has been clear until the database page.

I am just not sure what I am doing wrong, no matter what I put in, I get different errors. Errors that my username can not connect (i double checked, it has permission) or that the site cant be found. Theres another one, but its hit or miss on what error I get, depending what I put in.

So I think Im always putting one thing wrong... ya know. Each time its nearly perfect, I fix one thing, and another is broken, or something.

Here is what my database looks like:

domain_com_-_zencart

Ive tried local host, Ive tried the IP, Ive tried www.domain.com/ domain.com I just dont get it.

So for this: Store Identifier (Table-Prefix) what do I want to put?

and for this one : Database Name

Maybe the _-_ is messing me up or something.??? Any other ideas are hugely appreciated.

Store Identifier ... this would be a prefix that would get added to ALL tables. BEST TO LEAVE THIS BLANK.

Database Server / host: This should be given to you by your hosting company, preferably even displayed right in your hosting control panel. Perhaps on your hosting company's FAQ's

Database User: This is the full username created and authorized to access your database. Some hosting control panels get you to enter a name, which gets appended to your account name ... ie: myaccount_myusername (but you only typed "myusername" to create the user). Understanding the EXACT username is important.

password -- the password assigned to the user above

Database Name: This is the name of the database you created and authorized the user to use. Sometimes the naming of this is a combination of account and name, such as myaccount_mydatabasename
You need to know the exact name in order to get the installation of Zen Cart to work.

so ... who is your host? what's the URL to your zc_install/techsupp.php ?

Thank you! I got it to work! :) I had been putting in the store table, leaving it blank I got it to work.
