Css Flyout Categories Menu troubles

Here is my tpl_header.php code. There seems to be something wrong with it that is causing problems. All I did was take my original file and inserted the drop down menu display code that (according to instructions) could be placed anywhere I wanted it. Please review to see if this there are any errors in this code. Thank you.

ok. It seems I had an extra </div> in it so once I remove that things seemed to gel.....except for the headerWrapper thing that is supposed to show an image. Anyone?

Answered in other thread, although this is nor really the right one either.........sorry, I know it gets confusing with all the mods and support threads for each one.

Anyway, you'll find below a CORRECTED version of your tpl_header.php, so you can just copy it and paste it in. Once you change it, it should work just fine.

By the way, THIS is the correct thread for this particular module (CSS Dropdown menu for the header- With Categories!), should you have any more questions about it.

DivaVocals directed you away from that thread to begin with, due to the name of the Menu you gave. When posting, be SURE to get the EXACT name of the module you're posting about so you don't get ran around like this, as I know that gets even more frustrating, to go with the problems you're already having.

It appears I was premature in thinking I had the headerWrapper issue resolved after having problems with installing the categories flyout menu. To solve the problem I had to add a margin in my logoWrapper (see below).

While it seems to put a bandaid on the issue for FF and IE, the problem shows up in Chrome, Safari, and on my Blackberry browser. It seems the the margin: 8em I put in the logoWrapper is causing the alignment issues. If I don't put the margin in, my header image doesn't show up because the header colapses. Here is what I have in my tpl_header.php code. Maybe I have something wrong in it?

Hi
I have this mod installed and set up as I would like to match the template I'm using.

Not being that great at css & php (but get ther in the end) I need some advice on two questions:

1) How do I style the text (less heavy and slightly larger?)
2) I would like to change the header of the menu system (where I have the word "Catagories" with an image that all my other side-box's use. ie: includes/templates/adover_modern/images/sidebox_header.jpg
so that they all lok the same.

Is it possible?

Well, since the default ZC behavior is that if a Category is disabled, then so are all Sub-Cats and Products.

So, I'm guessing you have the hideCategories mod installed, in which case, the answer to your question is................No. This feature has NOT been added to the menu...........yet. It would be a nice addition, though, if you decide to implement this into the menu, let us know..............and submit a new version.
