Fatal Error, Please Help me!

This is what I have and I have no clue what to do, can anyone help?

You are missing the file indicated in the error message:
includes/languages/japanese/email_extras.php

You will need to copy that file from
includes/languages/english/email_extras.php
.. and customize it accordingly.

I have that file, i got it from here

Is there something wrong w/ this, whats should I change, sorry I am really new to all this.

Do I need to re-install? If so, what files do I need to re-install, does it have to be everything?

Before you do anything rash, check to make sure that you uploaded the file to the correct location. The file itself looks okay to me, though Zen Cart is not my area of expertise.

Im sure I have it in the right place, should it be in more than once place?

you were so right on that, i didn't even know that I needed the japanese in that side of things, I put it all in there and then i got this,

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_template_dir() on a non-object in /home/skinevo/public_html/admin/includes/languages/japanese/credit_cards.php on line 57

I used the english credit_cards.php b/c the japanese didn't have it, another note, i used everything from the english that the japanese didn't have, is that the problem, should i just stick w/ the files from that site and not add any more?

I got everything worked out, it was all my install fault, but im sure you all new that. thanks for the help. now the admin side of things can be in both japanese and english, it dosent say that I have any missing files anymore.
What I did, was save all the files from both the admin/includes/languages/japanese...... and so on, every file and pic
then i saved everything from includes/languagese/japanese.....everything in that, and it worked great!

I hope this will help someone else or some of you who have it where it says missing files in your admin side of things

Thanks and I know i am new and my questions might sound stupid to some but I will always try to post the answers to what I find out to help the other stupid people like me!
