help- page Stuck on Step 1 of 3 in Checkout

hiya-
Today a customer wrote me to say that when they tried to checkout on my website it would not do anything. I went to check it out and found that the page gets stuck on step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information in the checkout process. You click the continue button on the bottom of the page and it brings you right back to the same page. I don't even know where to start. Any help would be appreceated.

oh and also the bottom of that page wont load...like the section on the bottom when you pick the payment type.

You can delete customer eliza dolittle now (just used it for testing). Your template appears to be broken. I have compared it against others and it appears that much of what it should contain is missing. But there's no choice of a shipping method on that page so that may account for the missing info.

nope...well I never put it in because I have it set up for free shipping.

I am having the exact same problem.. I am still in the development phase of my website... but durring checkout, the shipping page works fine, but then when you click to go to the payment page it just refreshes the shipment page.

Yesterday I setup taxes and made a few new products. I tested the taxes and they seem to work perfectly (yesterday).

My products do have a weight to them.

I only have CC enabled as payment option right now.

help!

AHA! Found it (sorta).

The problem was somewhere in my shipping. I disabled everyting except flat rate, and now it goes to step 2!!!

still not sure exactly what the problem is with my other shipping module, but atlease now I know where the problem is!
