Store in a test mode???

The guys at linkpoint keep asking me if my store is in test mode. I keep explaining that the only options for that I see are in the linkpoint module. They say no, those should be there. They say linkpoint no longer supports the shopping carts running in test mode. I have no idea what they are talking about.

The problem we are trying to resolve is no orders/transactions from the store are showing up in linkpoint, despite having no errors anywhere show up. The port is open, cURL is enabled and whatnot, the .pem file is good and the module was installed correctly (at least I got no errors during and after install)

Any ideas? TIA
