Is there a way to create a section on the front page that shows some of the items that i have on sale? Like, is there a way to make only sale items show up in the "new products" box?

I products that i want to advertise for Fathers Day. I would like to be able to make those show up on the front page. They are sale items, but I have other items on sale too.
