Illegal Access at Admin Login

When attempting to login to the admin section of my local ZC store, I'm shown a blank page with "Illegal Access" at the top left. Cld anyone advise me on the probable cause and resolutions?

What have you changed recently? Has the server made any changes?

Sorry DogTags, I wish I cld answer that question but I am unable to replicate the error.
