Default idiot trying to install zen cart on godaddy

Let me start off by saying that I'm a designer, not a coder. I'm trying to install zen-cart onto a site hosted by godaddy and set up the data base. There was a post back on Dec. 25 2005 by jetricote on how to set up godaddy for zen cart that I'm referencing. i may be missing something, but I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly what I need to do to get this up and running. Can anyone help me out? Feel free to email me directly if you're willing and able to help me figure this out.

Go to your web hosting control panel and set up a blank database, and a MySQL User and Password. Once you've done that and uploaded the Zen Cart files and folders via FTP to the root of your web then go to http://www.yourdomain.com/zc_install, or just go to http://www.yourdomain.com - as it should redirect to the install folder anyway.
