    Default Please Help! Sold Product not showing on Invoice

    Hi,

    I just had my first sale in Zen Cart. But the product that was sold does not show up on the invoice. How do I get this to show up? As it is now, I have no clue what was sold.

    I really would rather not have to contact the customer to find out what they bought.

    She made the purchase with a credit card via linkpoint api.

    What version Zen Cart are you using?

    Have orders ever worked?

    What does the Order say?

    I'm running 1.3.0.1

    Yes, I have had successful test orders.

    I have attached a screen print of the invoice. The only things modified on the invoice were the customers personal info.

    I will try running a few more test orders and see what happens.

    Well, yes. But both show no products. The sale is listed under pending but when I check under reports for products sold, it lists 0 items as sold. And when i check under the report for customers it says Displaying 0 to 0 of 1 customer with no further info.

    Also, when I click on the order under pending and choose to edit the order, at the top of the page i get this:

    1146 Table 'brimsje_abc.ABClinkpoint_api' doesn't exist
    in:
    [select * from ABClinkpoint_api where zen_order_id = '1']
    If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

    Ok,

    I duplicated a sale like my customer had. I purchased a product and it took me to a screen that said

    1146 Table 'brimsje_abc.ABClinkpoint_api' doesn't exist

    and also listed the specifics of the sale from Linkpoint such as approval code, total amount etc...but it did not mention the product. In fact, the product still shows up in my shopping cart as though it had not been purchased. But the sale is registered in Admin with all the peculiarities of the customers sale.

    Sounds like you are using prefixes and the table is not using them ...

    Look at your database via phpMyAdmin ... do the tables all start with a prefix except the linkpoint_api table?

    Hmmm

    I'll check the database but I dont think thats it because I have 5 stores all using the same database and transactions run correctly on the the other stores.

    I'm thinking something somewhere is just corrupt so I may have to reinstall.
