Hi, I've searched the forums extensively and haven't found anything, would someone mind pointing me to the right direction?
Looking for a help desk that enables job tickets from customers with either a question or an receptionist to fire off a job ticket from a telephone enquiry.
Just want the basic package.
Job ticket to land in either zen cart admin area or in my email inbox and I respond to it and it is fired back to the person who sent it.
I can use email for this - but wondered if there was anything to tie it up with customer email address in zencart, so it comes up @ customer history along with their orders?
