After I get to the system inspection page (and I only get a couple notifications by the yellow triangle and exclamation mark on the inspection page), I get this error:

1. Are you using v1.3.0.1, or just v1.3.0 ? (a bug in 1.3.0 was fixed in 1.3.0.1)
2. What is the URL to your zc_install folder?
3. Who are you hosting with?.

Ok ... I just uploaded the files for 1.3.0.1, and that error seems to go away.

I am hosted with DreamHost.
It now seems I am getting an error with PHP's open_basedir:
The error being the red x.PHP Code:# PHP open_basedir restrictions = /dh/web/phpmyadmin:/tmp:/usr/local/tmp:/dh/solidclient:/usr/local/lib/php:/home/holisticearth:/home/.augie/holisticearth
