You did not provide much information on what you are trying to accomplish or why you need another table?? Is it for shipment to other areas? or a different class of products?
Anyway, you can look at the admin > modules > shipping > Zone rates
There you can set tables for shipping to different zones. If that is what you are seeking.Zen-Venom Get Bitten
