    Backup MySQL Database failure

I just installed Backup MySQL Database, tried to backup my db and got the following error:

    Result code: 25
Failure: The database has NOT been saved.

What would be causing this? If it makes any difference, I'm using shared GoDaddy hosting on a Linux server. Let me know if there's any other info that would help. I'm not really sure where to check if my host is running in strict safe_mode, with open.basedir restrictions, or "exec()" restrictions.

    Thanks.

Just got off the phone with GoDaddy. Unless someone has a brain storm, it sounds like I won't be able to get it working due to exec() restrictions on shared hosting accounts. Anyone know of a shared host that works with Backup MySQL Database?

Thanks for the info DrByte ... that I should have found myself. Duh. Now I just need to weigh out switching hosts for ease of db backup/restore vs GoDaddy + phpMyAdmin.
