Group Discounts?

The reason I ask, is because this is something specific my manager has asked me to get done. He'd like to see where when certain customers log in, they find a cheaper price. He's also been asking about entering specific prices for these discounts, but percentage is fine, too. The percentage off would need to be prior to shipping, too. We're shipping by weight, so shipping costs would be the same.

Hi Guys,
I have the same problem of not being able to update my customers to the specified Group Discounts

The only difference is that i am able to do so for some, but unable to do so for other customers.

I attempted isolating the problem, like could it be that if a Customer enters his Company Name, then i am not able to edit the detail, but it turns out i am wrong.

Anyone able to tell me why i can edit the customer details for some, but unable to do so for others?
