Where is '$define_checkout_success' defined??

Hello I have a similar problem. This is the message when i click on the privacy notice link:
Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/local/nf/php5/lib/php') in ...........................aavran.net/catalog/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_privacy_default.php on line 21
I have not installed any template yet. All the other pages work fine. I tried all the steps above including reloading these files and CHMOD 777 of all the files, dirs and subdirs
I even changes PHP5 to PHP4x
Please help

You have the same problem.

These two files work in sync. One of them is not upgraded to work with the other:
/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_privacy_default.php
/includes/modules/pages/privacy/header_php.php

I am having the same issues with the folloing pages:

So just use wind merge to update the files so that they will work with 1.3.0.2?
