I have a customer that redeemed her gift certificate offline and I would like to delete it from the "gift certificates sent" queue--can you help me do that? I don't see a way to do this with the current zen cart system. Thanks in advance.

Well ... you know ... umm ... sort of ... ummm ... did not get there yet ...
But we will be building up some of the features of GVs ...
The delay is based on the issue that this is more or less Cash ...
We cannot have you just deleting Cash without a proper tracking of who did what to whom and why ...
You could use Master Password, to get to their account and send it back to the store ... this would leave a record of the GV in the database and remove it when you send it and claim it ...
