Allowing credit card for U.S. customers only?

I'd like to reserve credit card acceptance for domestic customers only and only allow international customers paypal. I've been looking around on how to do this, but am having no luck!

You would create a Zone for US Only ... be sure to build this with the following in mind:

1 48 or 50 states plus DC

2 Territories and Islands

3 Armed Forces

Build the Zone based on your definition of US CC Payment Only ...

Then add that Zone to your Credit Card Payment Module ...
